Wonderful laptop recovery service
In the past when we had a computer problem we would take it to a service shop and they would usually wipe the disk and install a replacement operating system and leave us to restore all our favorite apps and files on our own.
In December 2020, my wife’s laptop crashed during a Windows 10 update and I was unable to fix it with the things I knew to do. Called Kevin Barrett and he was able to walk me through procedures that allowed him to remotely take control of the keyboard and see the screen. He rapidly diagnosed the problem as a corrupted essential file and was able to reset to a backup file and normal operation was immediately restored.
